1849 Condos are located within walking distance from Canyon Lodge and directly below the Village gondola.
There are two phases. Phase one is closest to Canyon Lodge and has underground parking. While Phase two does not have underground parking and is a bit further than Phase one. Both phases have been through a complete exterior renovation. The views of the Canyon Lodge ski area at 1849 Condos are incredible.

This complex is one of the closest to Canyon Lodge which is an extremely popular place to in the winter. Canyon Lodge went through a renovation in 2018-2019, installing an escalator, a new bar, and an open eating area. In the summer, you can go mountain biking all day at Mammoth Mountain, then ride the gondola to the Village for dinner. 1849 Condos are a great place to be, especially if you love the continuous excitement of Canyon Lodge.
