Chateau de Montagne is located in town close to Vons, Minaret Cinemas, the free red-line shuttle stop that goes from Snowcreek Athletic Club to Mammoth Mountain’s Main Lodge, and much more. These townhomes were built in 1971 with 48 units.

Chateau Road is right off of Old Mammoth Road and adjacent to Mammoth Creek Park. Here, you’re a short walk away from the main part of town and one of Mammoth’s favorite parks which plans have been accepted to add a 20,000 square foot recreation center. Two to four townhomes are connected with shared walls and these are spread out nicely throughout the property.
