Château D’oex (pronounced “day”) is located next to the Village and the Sierra Star Golf Course. It’s tucked away off of Lake Mary Road which takes you to the Lakes Basin. Chateau D’oex was built in 1967 with 19 units with three-bedroom townhome units throughout.

Château D’oex (pronounced “day”) is located next to the Village and the Sierra Star Golf Course. It’s tucked away off of Lake Mary Road which takes you to the Lake Basin. Chateau D’oex was built in 1967 with 19 units with three-bedroom and two-bath townhomes throughout.

Chateau D’oex’s location is within a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. A few large homes share the road with these townhomes. The Town of Mammoth Lakes bike trail runs close to the complex which can easily take you into the Village, town, and to the Lakes Basin for all recreation purposes in the summer and winter.

The views from the private balconies are of serene lush pine forest that creates the feeling of seclusion. These 1,287 square foot townhomes have private owner lockers for your outdoor gear.
