Eagle Run is located right by Mammoth Mountain’s Eagle Lodge and is a ski-in/ski-out condominium complex. It was built in 1984 with 36 units with underground parking. Propane is included in the monthly HOA dues.

Eagle Run is located right by Mammoth Mountain’s Eagle Lodge and is a ski-in/ski-out condominium complex. It was built in 1984 with 36 units with underground parking. Propane is included in the monthly HOA dues.

This complex is maintained beautifully with green grass in the summer and a nice snow trail that takes you right to Chair 15/Eagle Express in the winter. The views are hard to beat and you’re able to see past Crowley Lake and the whole Sherwin Range. From some units, you can see the chair lift!

Eagle Run contains a cozy two-bed two-bath floor plan and a larger townhome-style floor plan. You can park your car under the complex and walk up to your condo. This complex is gorgeous and is a great option if you’re looking for a ski-in/ski-out condo.
