Forest Meadows Condominiums are located in town close to grocery stores, entertainment, and many restaurants. The complex was built in 1976 with 40 units. There are a few floor plans but the largest is a two-bedroom and loft. It’s on the red-line shuttle route which goes from Snowcreek Athletic Club to Mammoth Mountain’s Main Lodge.

Forest Meadows backs to the well-maintained bike path, which takes you around Mammoth Lakes and has gorgeous views. It’s a great spot for an evening stroll or an afternoon dog walk. This complex is walking distance to everything in town but sits in a secluded corner where it’s easy to find some silence.

Some of the units have been beautifully remodeled and offer washer and dryer machines. The enclosed patio is perfect for BBQing in the summer and/or storing your gear in the winter.
