Tyrolean Village is located in Mammoth Lakes off Lake Mary Road which takes you up to the Lakes Basin. The complex was built in 1967/1970 with 56 units. The floor plans range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom with off-street parking.

There are four phases of Tyrolean Village. They are all near each other, just built at different times. The location is central being almost equal distances to Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge, and the Village. The Town of Mammoth Lakes’ bike path is just around the corner.

The floor plans vary at Tyrolean Village and are “classic Mammoth style” condos. Meaning, most of the floor plans, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, dining, and other living areas are on the second floor. The reason for this is to take in the amazing views of Mammoth. Some of the units have extra enclosed storage near the entrance – super convenient for winter toys.
