Juniper Ridge is a luxurious and stunning residential subdivision in Mammoth Lakes, California. Located in a ski-in/ski-out neighborhood at Eagle Lodge. This is one of the few neighborhoods in Mammoth Lakes that allow nightly rentals per the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Here you will find some of the most luxurious homes in the Eastern Sierra, being sold for millions of dollars (up to $4,950,000 as of January 2020). One side has true ski-in/ski-out properties along Eagle Express/Chair 15. You can see these homes on the chair lift and as you ski by. You can literally ski from your backyard and on to the ski run.
Across the street on the other side of the neighborhood has incredible views of Crowley Lake, Mammoth Rock, and the Sherwin Mountain Range. This side also overlooks the Valentine Reserve Ecological Study Area, a huge part of Mammoth that is untouched and dedicated to research.
