Mammoth Vista II and III are residential subdivisions in Mammoth Lakes, California. Mammoth Vista is located mostly along Majestic Pines Drive southern end to Camp High Sierra. This neighborhood is close to Mammoth Mountain Eagle Lodge and biking/hiking trails.

This area has great views of the Sherwin Mountain Range. A few of the properties back to Forest Service and have views of Mammoth Rock. This neighborhood is extremely private because some of the streets dead-end. The town’s bike path runs parallel and down a bluff from the south side of Majestic Pines Drive. The entry points to the bike path are at the end of Majestic Pines Drive and near Juniper Crest Condos. There is a bridge connecting Mammoth Vista to Old Mammoth. The bridge goes over Mammoth Creek and is a sight to see. The Snowcreek Meadow Preserve is a short walk from the bridge.
