The Trails including additions I, II, and III are residential subdivisions in Mammoth Lakes located near the renowned Volcom Brothers Skate Park. This neighborhood is perfect for families because of its proximity to the Mammoth Lakes grade schools and community college. The Mammoth Lakes Library and the Edison Theater are also within walking distance.
This subdivision is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more – all linked together by the Town of Mammoth Lakes’ bike path. Within the streets of Wagon Wheel Road, there are large houses with great landscaping – an incredible feat given our winters! Most of these homes have large decks for enjoying the weather and waving to the kids running around. The neighborhood resembles the suburbs with parks, schools, and conveniences nearby. Take a walk around the Trails and you’ll notice the Sherwin Mountain Range towering over the properties. It’s quite a sight and pulls you out of the suburbs and back to the mountains!
