Timber Ridge Estates with additions I, II, and III are residential subdivisions in Mammoth Lakes. This neighborhood is located close to Mammoth Mountain Canyon Lodge. This side of town is popular during the winter months with its easy access to Canyon Lodge and the Village. A few of these properties are ski-in/ski-out.
